NO she is not going to jail.

This whole court thing is about back last year when she was driving w/o a california drivers license, she had her one from Kentwood, LA though.

So now they are going to trial.

jail could be a punishment, but that is 99% unlikely.

She'll probably just pay a fine

No, she isn't going to jail. The most drastic punishment one can get for driving without a license is a 6 months period in jail or a 10004 fine. These 2 most likely won't happen.
She'll probably end up getting a fine and a probation time.
Nick Carter has a much worse DUI crime and even he didn't end up going to jail. Don't worry.
