I know I'm 1 page late, but Whip It is in the top 3 of her best songs, PERIOD.

As far as her pop songs go, I don't use her "pop" pop songs like MM, but for the dance stuff:

Va Va Voom = Whip It > Pound The Alarm > Automatic > Beautiful Sinner > Starships = Masquerade

Masquerade is good but I don't know why I never got into it...
And Automatic is basic but still pretty good. The beat, the chorus, the bridge >>>

If in said imaginary world she never said "When you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it." and never made any sort of claim that she wrote her own material, honesty... Yes.

But, if she acted like she wrote all of her material and **** and then we found out, nah.... I'd still be a huge fan, but she'd be put on the back burner.

My thing with ghostwriters is that, if they do come out and say a lot of your stuff is written by other people, it is fine with me as long as you never acted like you were the one behind the rhymes.

I think that's where I would be. It's so different for rappers vs. singers as every expects them to write their own lyrics. At the times where it's been said and proven that a rapper didn't write his/her own lyrics, there's always some type of backlash vs. where people usually don't care as much for singers.

I don't know why I do this, but I never listen to albums in full. (except if they are from Nicki, Drake or Rih obviously)

I'm the type of guy who listens to certain songs for a long time, maybe 3-5 at most, but I can't listen to all the songs of the album in a row.

But then again, there are songs by my faves too that I don't like, so...
