Kesha tops MTV Australia's Hits Weekly Hot30 Countdown
Kesha Rose Sebert has topped Aussie's MTV Hits Weekly Hot 30 with her brand new single 'Beautiful Mess'.
The 27-year old songtress debuted at #10 last week and charged her way to #1 this week. We asked Kesha about it.
Kesha reached #1 on the Weekly Hot 30 this week

Has Scientology claimed another victim in Christina Aguilera?
Tensions are rising in Hollywood as the dreaded Haus of Scientology ensnares yet another victim, in the form of none other than the 'voice of our generation' Christina Aguilera! Yeah, you may be thinking: How could Xtina be that dumb to join a cult?! Well, let's just say, Aguilera wants NO part of this brainwashing mess. To our knowledge, Christina has always been part of the Christian faith. It has now allegedly been reported that Scientology witnesses a great power in Aguilera's eyes that will, not only benefit them, but also awaken the light beneath herself. We've contacted Aguilera's team and they've quite nicely released an exclusive official statement, just for us: "Since this has been brought to our attention, we haven't experienced anything from their end. Aguilera wishes to be no part of whatever they're trying to incite so please respect her wishes of being left alone in peace, surrounding her children. Thanks to those who have shown Christina the support that she needs especially after her health scare earlier on this week. She's incredibly excited to share "Pandora's Box" with you all, the long-awaited anticipated shall cease soon."
In light of all this Scientology news, there are a bunch of theoretical conspiracy enthusiasts out there who believe that whoever spike-abused Aguilera earlier on this week may have had the ill intent of converting her into the controversial religion of sorts. The 'Xtina killer' is still on the loose, so who knows? Legal action may be taken pretty soon, however, not much is known about the actual case itself since the lines are so vaguely blurred. According to the law, if Christina was to press charges against whoever attempted to kill her (in other words, Scientology) then it's not for sure whether they'll face such a deserving sentence. Especially when there are literally no such traces of evidence found that the 'Xtina killer' was indeed the root of the cause for Christina's health scare. Nevertheless, doctors did find a strange substance within her blood system. Whatever happens next, we just pray that Christina's health (and her family) remains intact because that comes first and foremost.

Kesha surprises in Sydney at Lorde's Pure Heroine Tour
Kesha has performed in Sydney's Allphones Arena as a surprise act for Lorde's Pure Heroine World Tour. The pair performed Lode's Team together as well as Kesha's 'Beautiful Mess'
Kesha had hinted at the performance on Twitter, but didn't directly mention Lorde or the Allphones Arena.

Lorde called Kesha on stage right after she performed her hit single Royals. Kesha was greeted with a loud applause and screaming from the audience, but it wasn't until Kesha belted out the first few lines of Lorde's 'Team' that the audience went crazy. Lorde and Kesha shared the lines of the song and performed it amazingly well. I can feel a remix coming to be honest.
Kesha then proceeded to greet the audience and tell a little about how Lorde and Kesha met. They met in a studio in LA, where Lorde wrote a song for Kesha, which is featured on Kesha's 3rd album. Lorde heard 'Beautiful Mess' and fell in love with it.
The two singers continued as they performed Kesha's 'Beautiful Mess' together. Lorde comes very close to the original, but overall Kesha edged her vocally. After the song Kesha thanked the audience and Lorde, hugged Lorde and left the stage again.
Kesha later tweeted out her love for Lorde and thanked her once again for having her.

It kinda reminds me of my feud between Madonna and me back in 1996 *laughs* They are just passing a stage where feud and attention will just spark out from nowhere. And Azealia has gotten her first #1 while Rita hasn't. And it is very dangerous to verbally attack someone who had have great recent success while you haven't have it yet. My feud between Madonna and me was okay because both of us had huge success and was very relevant at that time. I could be well proven wrong of Rita Ora in the charts this week though.

Britney Spears Stuns At The Brit Awards
The Brit Awards are the British equivalent of the American Grammys. Britney Spears opened the show with a performance that left fans wondering if the award show was named after her, because everything after Spears' performance paled in comparison.
Britney opened the show as the performance started with a dark stage. The stage lit up as smoke surrounded it and there was a huge white diamond in the air. The diamond opened and Britney Spears was standing inside of it. She was wearing a black trench trench coat and a black bra/underwear + black see through stockings with black heels. Britney danced around the diamond alone and sang Gimme Your Best fully live before a loud voice said "Target Identified, Britney Spears". Britney then jumped off the diamond and onto the stage as an army of girls quickly made their way to the stage surrounding her and looking around.
Army men then came to the stage as a voice announced "Capture Target Spears". The men shot laser beams at the girls which they avoided by moving flexibly. The army men then began running towards Britney as she did a back handspring, twirled around and flipped into the air as a cable pulled her up off the ground and above the army men. She landed back on the ground and went underneath the stage. The men were confused and couldn't locate Britney. She then popped up from under the stage and was now center stage with all her ladies as a cage began surrounding them, blocking all the guys out.
The girls then performed a technical dance break to the final chorus of Gimme Your Best as the guys kept trying to break the cage. Water began raining down on all the girls and Britney as the song ended and they got down to the floor rubbing their bodies on the ground. The girls part of the stage then descended as the stage turned to black and the performance was over.
#BritneyAwards and #BritneyKillsAtBritAwards trended ww throughout the entire show.
