Most of Beyonce's sales came from the first 10-or-so days which had a surprise release hype and a moderate hit with DIL. Everything since that has bombed horribly, especially in terms of singles, and the album isn't even charting.
It's not a flop, but only because of how frontloaded it was. If it wasn't for the surprise release, we'd be looking at another 4.
