A song about breaking free from fake people that hold you back to be you and do you
Perfect production and great lyrics!
Why you wanna please the world
And leave yourself to drop dead?
Someday you’re gonna be
The only one you’ve got.
I feel like they could've added an extra few seconds or so with instrumental or something and more people would appreciate this little jam. Even though I love it, it's not my fave for that reason.
Billboard Magazine elaborated on the title's meaning, saying that "the hip-hop community refers to naysayers as "Haters," but Paramore calls them "Anklebiters"—folks who prey on other people's actions.

Hello, Little Punksters! It's your presenter Superiore, here.
Leaving us at the early age of 23 is the third UK single off Paramore's self-titled.
What kinda stadium anthem? What kinda orgasm-inducing indie gem? Some people were gifted enough to get it i.e. Daydreaming is the song that received the most 100s so far The lyrics end up being a little sappy but they definitely work perfectly on this. It gives me soundtrack vibes, like those high school based movies yet managing to sound mature. Yeah, cause Paramore DID mature with this album whether you accept this Lipton or not. K?
In the video, we can see two tasteless girls named eteru and hello_world facing a transatlantic journey to finally find a glimpse of good taste when they meet the members of the band in the backstage of a show in London.

Poor unfortunate souls that can't appreciate this masterpiece.
I love the way it opens with the guitar only to fall into its soft verses before picking back up into the stadium sized chorus. It's so euphoric.
THIS THIS THIS that's exactly how the song makes me feel. The intro makes me feel so much.
