Dawn of the Planet of teh Apes was good, but the critics are overrating it a biT
It lacked that auteur feel a true sci-fi masterpiece requires, and the human plotline was quite stereotypical and predictable in a lot of ways (including the completely useless female character). It was entertaining and the apes parts were amazing, but overall it made me yearn for an 80s Spielberg sci-fi film.

I really liked Cloverfield and Let Me In and thought both were under-appreciated upon release, so I kinda have high hopes going into this one.

I just came to the conclusion that the only artist I really just dislike is Iggy. I mean I like everyone else to some extent but Iggy is just so unlikable
