But single has been scrapped, so was the video. |

Azealia for Cosmopolitan Mag
In the latest August issue of Cosmopolitan magazine which hit newstands today, Azealia Banks is on the cover where she is black and white and nude. The cover has gotten controversy as being too sexual to which Azealia responded on her twitter saying "...the magazine is about sex tips. wtf did you think? i was gonna wear the latest suit from jc penny?" The magazine has sweeped off newstands and been soldout across the country. Similar to both her Vogue and Bazaar covers, inside this issue of Cosmopolitan, Azealia has a physical copy of Paradiso and each copy of the magazine sold will count as a sale towards the single. As a big surprise, Azealia also has a copy of the physical single of Paradiso signed inside 5 thousand hidden copies hidden around the world. The signed copies of Paradiso have been appearing on eBay for thousands upon thousands of dollars. Due to the hunt for a signed copy of Paradiso, this issue of Cosmo has been selling like hotcakes with everyone wanted to get a signed copy of Paradiso in their issue. Even though there is a limited amount of signed copies, the people who don't get the signed copy won't be disappointed as each issue still has a copy of the unsigned copy of Paradiso inside.
Inside this issue of Cosmopolitan, Azealia gives an interview to the editors of the magazine which is inside. The interview Azealia does addresses her sexuality, beefs, and also her upcoming plans for music after Reborn. Highlights of the interview are below:
Q: Great to have you Azealia Banks. Your new single Paradiso has been hot on the charts at the moment. Did you expect all this success?
A: It really has been doing great and I'm so excited about the success. No I did not expect all this success for Paradiso. I hoped for it but did I expect it? Oh no of course not. I was worried that Vibes was going to just be a fluke and I'd never get another hit but I'm glad that I proved people wrong. Paradiso has been a good song for summer and just listening to so I'm so happy for the success.
Q: We've been listening to it nonstop at the offices here. Paradiso really feels like the song of the summer, in my opinion. Let's talk about your previous single though. It was huge. Vibes was sweeping the nation. The video arose questions though, are you a lesbian?
A: Lesbian? Oh no, I'm not. I prefer to think I'm bisexual or bicurious. Vibes was huge though. The success was surprising for me. I mean a rapper singing over a 90s trance beat? How did that become a hit? I was in shock but I'm so thankful.
Q: The song was huge and unexpected. When you wrote your current single Paradiso, what was going through your mind?
A: Happiness. Fun. Just positive thoughts. Paradise is what was going through my mind. There are so many sadder songs on my album and Paradiso is that token happy fun song, you know?
Q: You've had a lot of beefs lately. Recently being Rita Ora. What caused that?
A: What caused the beef with me and Rita was that she just keeps using me to promote herself which I think is petty. I don't want to talk about this though. Next question.
Q: Well with the success of both Paradiso and your new album Reborn, what's next?
A: What's next? Well right now I'm promoting so much. I have Paradiso, Reborn, and Vibes. I also have my song with Christina out called Spitfire. After Paradiso, I want to release Deep Grays and then after that I want to go on a stadium tour. Because right now I'm on a promo tour but there's definitely going to be a huge stadium tour. Don't miss it!

I also actually never really keep track of my points But I somehow I know that I still have a lot of points left due to my huge album debut and top 10 single lol

We all start out with 75 points
take away 15 points for every artist you signed
then you just check your sales on pg 240 to add points
100k sales = 10 points
done

Remixes of the hot new single by Azealia Banks have just been released. The Paradiso remixes EP has just been uploaded on iTunes this morning after the reveal of Azealia's Cosmopolitan cover. The remix EP has been selling well on iTunes and has just entered the top ten on the album chart, surprisingly. The EP features many wonderful DJs and producers such as Big Chocolate and Skrillex. Azealia commented on the EP saying she worked individually with each producer in the studio for each remix. A special treat to her fans, on each remix Azealia changes a line and/or adds a verse to make each song very different from the next. In the Paradiso extended version, Azealia adds a bridge to the song where Azealia shows off her vocals during a house music break.
