After landing a lucrative new endorsement with AMQ, RIta Ora has signed on to a partnership with Pepsi and will be endorsing their new Pepsi Max range. The first shows Rita walking down the street in designer clothing with the words "Work Hard/Play Hard/Live Hard" in the center of the poster.
Rita reportedly signed on to the deal in late March after being offered 340 million for a year long partnership that would cover promotion for her new album, and merchandise for her upcoming tour. out of the 700,000 Pepsi cans that will be shifted in the coming weeks, 1400 will include a special promotional code that allows the owner to get a free copy of Ora's new single, 'Losing Me'.
Company owner, Alejandro Consalves, was visibly proud of the decision to work with Rita saying, "She's been amazing to work with. All the ads look stunning, and they'll be taking up billboards all over the world in the coming weeks. You'll be seeing Rita everywhere." Rita too shared the same excitement at this mornings press conference, despite her just flying back from Japan early this morning. "My little siblings love Pepsi and me being the new face will mean so much to them and even more to me." Rita's new single, 'Losing Me', was played throughout the entire conference and the reporters even got her to sing a little something for them!
Zendaya and Taylor Swift stopped by ITV Studios in London earlier today to promote their #1 collaborative single "Gunshots" by talking about it during their interview on Alan Carr: The Chatty Man show and also by performing it on the show as well. But first, right before stepping up on stage to perform their single, two girls apsat down with show's host, Alan Carr, to chat about the stuff that is going on in their lifes at the moment. After talking with Alan, both girls then stood up on the stage infront of their microphone stands and Taylor also grabbed her acoustic guitar, which only meant that the girls will be doing an acoustic version of their single. Even though they didn't bring dancers and whole live band with them on stage to perform this song, but they sure did entertain everyone and they served a good, simple and nice stripped down performance. Zendaya was wearing a cute, simple yellow plain dress with a pair of blue heels that perfectly wrapped up this cute outfit - which actually looked really good on the singer. Coleman's hair was pulled into a big bun just on top of her head, and it made Zendaya look even better and a bit different, since everyone is now used to seeing Zendaya wearing her hair down. For the performance, Taylor was wearing a dress as well, but her dress was in green color with a simple pattern on it as well. Taylor's hair was simply curled, but it definitely fit her beautiful and gorgeous face. Overall, both of them looked really good and fancy.
Alan: Please welcome the girls who are responsible for this current number one single "Gunshots" - it's Zendaya and Taylor Swift! So, girls, tell me what, what is going on with your collaborative project at the moment?
Zendaya: Well, we're currently just wrapping up the promotion for our single, "Gunshots", and then we will be promoting our solo projects, we both have new singles coming up, Taylor has an EP to promote, and both of our albums are coming up as well, we are currently working in the studio to finish up our albums. We hit our goal with "Gunshots" - we reached number one, and we didn't even expect it to debut at number one, plus with those huge numbers, it was a huge shock for both of us, we were expecting a Top 5 debut, but it surprised us. Now that it's number one, we're just wrapping up the promotion, we were supposed to do a lot of promotion this week as well, but we agreed to take a little break this week, since we basically reached what we wanted to reach. I would like "Gunshots" to go Platinum as well, but I think that this will happen eventually anyways. Even though we won't be doing these promotion tours together anymore, we will still remain good friends.
Alan: You mentioned that your second single is coming soon as well...
Zendaya: I really don't want to set the date, but I'll just say that keep an eye for that second single, because I heard that it's coming out in few weeks. Yeah, we're just figuring out the promotion plan at the moment and we're booking slots, everything else is ready - we have the cover, we chose the single, now all we need to do is just figure out the promotion places and stuff. But yeah, we decided to postpone the album as well, because we just decided to launch it with two singles instead of one - I want those singles to bring more attention to this album. But I'm a bit nervous about the album as well, since my debut self-titled album really underperformed, and that's basically why I am a bit nervous about everything, and I don't know if I'm ready to release a new album yet. I hope I'll get over my fears and I hope this album will be out soon as well.
Alan: So I think you know that Azealia Banks and Rita Ora are feuding at the moment, and it has been the talk of this week. Which side do you support?
Zendaya: Oh, I don't support any side. I love both Azealia Banks and Rita Ora, I think those girls are brilliant performers and singers, I love their new singles "Paradiso" and "Losing You", and that's the reason why I don't really support any side. I just love them both, I can't pick any side. Sorry!
Alan: Speaking of other artists, what songs do you like the most at the moment?
Zendaya: As I mentioned, I love Azealia's "Paradiso", I think it's just an amazing song and ugh, I just love Azealia. She's a really talented girl and she's been killing the music industry lately. So yeah, "Paradiso" has been on repeat for about a week now. I also like Rita's "Losing You", I love Marina's "Where The Diamonds Grow", Charli's "Alone In The Dark"... Tinashe's "2 On" is my jam, honestly, and I'm actually good friends with Tinashe, she's a sweet girl and such a hardworker, I love that she always commits to her projects. "Loyal" by Chris Brown, that's a good bop as well... I don't know, I just listen to a lot of music in general, like, every song on my iPhone is a good song that I love. There are just a lot of songs that I love.
Alan: Do you have any crushes on other celebrities?
Zendaya: Oh, well... I have a crush on Big Sean, I think that he's such a hottie, like... Ugh. I also adore James McVey, from The Vamps, when he posts shirtless pictures on Instagram I just drool all over my iPhone and I sometimes even save those shirtless pictures on my phone. Hey, don't judge me, OK? I adore guys who have nice abs... So yeah, those two are my number ones at the moment.
Alan: How did you celebrate your number one single?
Zendaya: It was a crazy evening for me, honestly. We were in UK that evening, and we were in our hotel room - my team, Taylor - we were all in my room just talking about our plans, when someone said that the CAL released new charts. And we held our breath for a moment - we stopped talking, we stopped breathing, we started sweating and everything, and then someome from my team started screaming "WE'RE NUMBER ONE!" and then we all started screaming, like literally! I'm not really allowed to drink alcohol just yet, but I had a glass, or two glasses, I don't even remember now, of good champagne. We basically had a mini party in my room just talking and having fun, and also analyzing the charts and everything. It was a crazy night, but wow, it was amazing, honestly.

RITA ORA'S NEW PEPSI ADS GOING UP ON BILLBOARDS WORLDWIDE
New ads for Rita's Pepsi partnership were going up worldwide. 1400 of the bottles being shipped out will be containing a special download code for Rita's new single, "Losing Me".
Q: Are there any more collaborations on your album, besides Taylor Swift?
A: Yes, I've collaborated with a lot of amazingly talented singers and rappers. I don't want to give out every name that I've collaborated with, because I'm still not sure which songs are going to make the cut, you know, I'm not sure which collaborations will actually appear on the album and which collaborations will be shelved or something, but I can actually confirm that there are a couple of more exciting collaborations on the album. I think I can confirm to collaborators now, since I'm like 90% sure about these ones - I collaborated with this upcoming new singer Pia Mia, who will be releasing her debut single soon as well, she's really cool, and we have similar music style, because she's doing this urban rhythmic pop thing as well, and I think that the song that we did together is just perfect, it's really exciting. I also did a collaboration with Chris Brown, who is an amazing artist, I love his performances and I love his voice, and I think that he's super super talented, despite all of those problems and controversy that he had to go through these past few years. So yeah, I loved collaborating with them.
Q: Which songs are your personal favorites on your album?
A: I can't really pick out a certain song or whatever, because every song, every single song on this album is good and it's as perfect as possible. It's just impossible to pick your favorites between your kids, so it's impossible for me to pick between my hard work results as well. I love all of those songs equally, because I've worked hard on them, and they all seem to be amazing and cool to me.
Q: Do you listen to your own music?
A: I've noticed in the past that artists don't like to listen to their own music, and I honestly don't undestand that, because... It's your music, you worked hard on it, and how can you expect someone else to listen to that song for about one thousand times if you can't listen to your music that many times as well? I want to make that timeless music, if you know what I mean, I want to make music that would still sound fresh and interesting even after two or three years. For example, um, Aaliyah - "Rock The Boat" sounded fresh and awesome once it came out, I remember when I was actually jamming to it when I was little, and thirteen years later, that song is still on repeat, and it still sounds fresh and interesting to me everytime it comes on my shuffle or it plays on radio or whatever. I'm not ashamed to say that I listen to my own music, and I jam out to it while I'm in the car or just working on my computer or something.
Q: Your album was postponed. What happened?
A: It's a little bit weird for me to talk about this, but, um, I'm a bit too nervous about this album and I'm honestly just don't know what to do to make those nerves go away. I literally lock myself in the studio and still rerecord some stuff even if it's perfect already. And my producers already noticed that, they're like "Zendaya, girl, I love you, but you need to stop redoing something that's already as perfect as possible". I don't know, after my debut self-titled album really underperformed, I have that bad feeling about releasing another album, and I don't know, I just catch myself thinking "what if I could rerecord this part" "what if I could rerecord that part", then I go to record studio again, I start recording again, I come up with new ideas and everything messes up once again. This album was supposed to come out tomorrow, everything was ready, but I just decided to screw it all and delay it. I know my fans will be mad about this, but I just can't force myself to release this album, just yet. But I'm trying to overcome this feelings, and in the mean time, I will release a second single, which is coming out this week, or next week, so stay tuned.
Q: Do you have any favorite songs at the moment?
A: Um, I've been listening to a lot of Azealia Banks lately, I think that her current single, "Paradiso", is amazing and really really cool. And her whole album is just a masterpiece, I have a digital copy of it, but today I purchased a physical copy as well. I like Rita Ora's single "Losing Me", it's a cool song as well, and it seems that Rita is a cool girl as well, besides that feud that she had with Azealia earlier this week. I actually predict that either Rita or Azealia will be taking over number one spot this week, but I might be wrong, you know, there are a lot of newcomers breaking out lately, so every single chart is now a surprise, because no one even knows who will end up taking over number one, or even number two and number three spots. I am actually a newcomer as well, kind of, since I didn't break out with my first album, and my name is not that big in the music industry, but I still managed to get that number one spot on the charts.
Q: Are you going to work with Taylor again?
A: Yes, of course! I love Taylor, and over these past few weeks she became one of my good and close friends. I don't know, she's just such a down to earth person, and I love just spending time with her, it's so easy to have conversations with her, because I honestly have some friends that I like but sometimes I just don't know what to talk about with them and I literally have to think about some topics, but with Taylor, we just talk non-stop, and everything comes naturally. But yeah, the answer is I think I'll work with Taylor sometime again, I'm not sure when or on what or how, but if I'll have any oppurtunity to work with her, I'll definitely do that.
Q: What was the first song that you've recorded for this album?
A: Oh, gosh, I don't even remember that well now... The first song that was written specifically for this album was "From The Start", if I can remember, I wrote it with Bobby Brackins, in Oakland actually, just walking down the street to be honest, but the first song that I've recorded for this album was probably... Um... I think it was "Borderline", but we basically recorded it completely unprofessionally, the demo was a huge mess, honestly, but then the producers of this song, Maejor Ali and T-Minus reproduced it completely, and it ended up being a perfect urban banger, and I love it. This song will definitely be on the album, I am one hundred percent sure.
