I just love the word, and I am not expecting Reach Out to chart really high, especially on the main chart. But if it indeeds be a breakthrough for Hilary, I'd be so very happy. I'm just preparing for a flop I'm feeling.

It's supposed to be the 20th, but that was on an Australian fansite, so it might premiere earlier to the US.

"Come Clean", "So Yesterday", and "Fly" were bigger than "With Love", it's just that digital downloads weren't counted until almost a full year after "Come Clean", just missing "Fly". "Fly", "Come Clean", and "So Yesterday" should've all been top 20 hits. I believe the best release date for "Reach Out" on iTunes should be October 21. The video will have premiered and have hype, the "Womanizer" effect will be settling down, and the Funhouse effect won't set in for another week.
