If she was at the restaurant with Spielberg until 10:30 PM on Tuesday and the restaurant is over a 2 hour drive from her home, she couldn't have been photographed back home at 11:30 PM Tuesday. Unless she really was at the restaurant on Monday.

Interesting. Yeah, I looked. The pictures say 11:30PM. It could have been edited though.
Splash News are based out of LA aren't they? So it could have been when they uploaded/edited the images @ 11:30PM Los Angeles time (2:30AM NYC time)?
I suppose we may never know.
