Yes. For several reasons.
1. It has a boppy sound to it, which I think is very catchy and I believe others think so as well.
2. Usher's voice fits perfectly with this tune and makes it so smooth and fresh. It definitely has a repeat factor due to that fact.
3. Nicki's rap isn't like normal raps. "Pop-listeners"(as I call those who only listen to music because it gives out a sound) will find her different flow techniques appealing instead of the lyricism (since they don't usually bother with that kind of stuff).
4. Nicki's is not a typical boring rap verse that usually is included in crossover songs like these, but is actually catchy and fun without the silliness (i.e. Starships etc.). People who don't like rap will probably look forward to Nicki's verse as well.
5. Nicki's part isn't the only good part.
