It's dangerous keeping Paola around because if a hg is paired with her in a BOTB or couples HOH comp then they're screwed. Also, if they set the motion of using her as a pawn every week, it'll become standard and she'll end up sticking around until the end. It happens year after year. Its better to have that type of houseguest taken care of now before they're the one sitting next you as Julie announces your eviction.
It's also the better option to leave Zach in the game to come after Devin because he's more capable and has more of a motive to do so over Paola.
