I Don't Get The BillBoard Hot 100! How Can They Say T.I. - Live Your Life Is #1 On October 18th. It's Only the 9th. Plus, People On Here Are Saying It Is #1 Now, When Clearly BillBoard.com List "Whatever You Like" As #1. Does This Mean It Is Confirmed Britney Isn't #1!

It's already out, there will be no chart tomorrow. The Hot 100 is a WEEKLY chart.

And yes, her sales will be counted for the next issue [next Wednesday] and will get her biggest jump.
