They haven't hung out in a while, more than likely due to their busy schedules. Taylor's always referenced her as one of her closest friends, it's nice that they are finally finding the time to spend together.
The Giver needs to flop and She needs to be nominated for a Razzie so She gets the picture that none is here for Her acting.

I don't see why people act like she's an "awful" actress we've yet to see her in anything worthwhile so there's no telling if she's actually talented or not.
2 years is a long enough wait as is 3-4 years will be awful.
Imo, 2 years is about perfect. Especially when you are as big of a star as Taylor is. It gives time so that the GP will miss you, and it also allows the over exposure (which tends to happen with her eras) to die down. Yet, it's not too long so that they won't forget you. And ofcourse if she waited four years, I would still be here
