Hey guys, I'm relatively new here and just began posting but I've always been a fan of Britney.
Somebody opened a thread asking if Blackout is iconic. (I wasn't aware it was a question up for debate). I wanted to share my works cited here for you guys if you wanted to have a look. It's all positive stuff written by various media outlets about Blackout.
Anyway, sorry for the long post. I figured I'd share in case anyone wanted to read, they're both from release, and years after. The Pitchfork article is the most interesting I think, it's weird to see an Indie magazine praising her.
Thank You, That's Why Blackout Is Her Best Album, A Perfect Album From Start To Finish
Listening to the Circus album makes me miss her smooth, non-shaky vocals.
Thank God we have Perfume (I'm being serious, every time I listen to the DISGUSTING acapella of Alien, I remember Perfume and that it was HER vocals and they were actually good and smooth).
