she basically evicted the first 3 HGs detsroying the moving company, then evicted Aaryn and caused Amanda's demise
People don't give her enough credit for game play. She could have been evicted any of those first 3 weeks she was MVP. She convinced McCrae to use her for the MVP the first week. Nick assisted. The "Bieber" alliance was basically dismantled due to that. On Week 2, she got Jessie to switch teams (honorable mention to Judd and Amanda for assists) which destroyed the Moving Company. She won athletic PoV's when she needed to - during Judd's HoH in particular (this was following the house meeting she called and her "crazy" switch turning on). Alpha-targets and leaders, Amanda and Helen both wanted her to stay. She laid low after Week 4 to minimize the waves she had made earlier but still tried to cause revolution from time to time. After several weeks of Helen and Amanda taking out all of Helen and Elissa's allies, Elissa decided to kill the dragon (won a PoV she needed to and won a HoH when she was the main target) - she stripped Amanda of power by putting her brains and power up for eviction. She worked on Gina Marie to do her bidding for the following week.
Her biggest fault was not doing much more to soldify a guaranteed alliance with Gina Marie and Judd. She would always back down when people didn't immediately bite when she was hinting at alliances. So she was left out in the cold when the Exterminators came into formation. The move to try to save Amanda was actually brilliant except for the fact that McCrae had become a brain dead pod and/or hated Amanda.
I loved Rachel on BB12 but that wasn't because she was great at giving zings it's because the others were great at giving zings (read: very mean). Underdog syndrome.
Jocasta still has time to become iconic like Queen Chima but she has to start playing the game and giving us more memorable moments. she definitely has potential though.

No one will ever be as iconic as Chima. Jocasta isn't even on Libra's level, tbh.

Yes you basically described her very well
She was not as bad at the social game as Rachel, but she was not good at rallying people around her. She tried a cuple of times to switch the house and evict Amanda when Candice and Jessie were nominated but it failed also because of Helen being so dumb, and with Helen gone she allied with Judd and Ginamarie but she was too big of a threat for them to want her to stay... still she did great everything considered. She was a big fail at the mental competitions though, always going out first
Queen Victoria is essentially the new Jen/Elissa hybrid. She has everyone pressed by just being herself, Orthodox Goddess!!!!!
Rachel and Britney are my two favorite houseguests to play BB. They gave me life, I was so heartbroken when Lane revealed to Britney that she was going home due to the Moving Company

That really wasn't the problem with them forming an alliance. Elissa wouldn't go along with Judd's STUPID plan not to nominate Andy during her HoH so Judd lost trust in her and Elissa definitely lost trust in him and let it be known to his face repeatedly. If Elissa had pressed a little harder with Gina Marie, and if she and Judd had handled their disagreement on nominations better... She also had tried to get Spencer aboard. It really was that she wouldn't push when she dropped a hint about a alliance and they didn't accept the hint about an alliance during that one conversation.

Goddess of health and nutrition. I'm still scared for her this week. Let me pray.
