It depends on the person. If someone has 9 wps per se and you go there and report him for his/her off-topicness you are basically punching out. But yes it happens.

They did let the thread open but as it started getting out of control, someone had to put the order back. Ofc, the Gaga threads are really easy targets for controversial posts.

he got punched out for telling a mod to give a WP to someone i the festival thread same thing i got punched out for last time
