Ciara is a talented artist, but she just put out a single. I enjoy her music and I look foward to her new album. But, she hasn't do anything this year. Go Girl is still working it's way up the charts still. If anything Katy Perry deserves the honor.

Worn by stars like Beyonce and Tyra, lace front wigs are the latest Phenomenon! They allow the freedom of sporting various styles.
