It was trolling, and then you deleted it in order to try to get out of the regular points you would have gotten (or just to not look bad, I don't claim to know why you deleted it - it impeded moderation progress regardless).
MTE, he'll post something super tragiQ about confidence issues or getting bullied or something and almost nobody in the thread will notice. And then I wonder why nobody is trying to help/comfort him

Nah, it's pretty standard to add another point when the member tries to delete a warnable post.
Gurl I must say something, and I don't usually go out of my way to compliment a mod, but you're a very helpful one! Always responding to questions, clearing things up, and what not.
I just looked up and that isn't even an actual rule.
No, it's not on the rules page, but it can easily be determined to be Disruptive behavior. If you'd like my fellow staff members - including the admins - to back me up before taking my word on this, you're welcome to send in a help request addressing the issue.
