The artRAVE tour was epic

I still wish she had paused the tour. It just didn't seem appropriate to tour for ARTPOP. I imagine if she went on tour next year then she'd have material from potentially three albums (ARTPOP, C2C, and new album). But then again she does love touring...and touring gives her money that she's not getting from the labels so bling not the music

They were praised by much of ATRL as well until the sales numbers came in. If Break Free ends up underperforming, a similar situation may occur. (Although I wouldn't expect the same intensity of backlash simply because she isn't Gaga.)

it also has to do with the image, if Ariana was saying Break Free is where pop and art come together then everyone would be laughing and dragging

but since its presented as a cute bop since no one really expects much from Ariana they hold it to a lower standard and are easily slayed
