PnPs underperformed big time. I'm interested to see what direction the second single will go in. If its supposed to be "hard" maybe it'll get more support from Urban.
Lmao at people making the assumption that Rita is happening in the US. She's currently featured on a song with one of the hottest artists out right now so she'll definitely get some attention from that. But once that song becomes massive the GP will know it as that IGGY bop where some random girl sings the hook.
IWNLYD is getting noticed more as a result but it'll still be lucky to make Top 20 on Pop.

Wonder if Problem will be able to cross the 200 AI mark. Looks like AIW, Rude and Stay With Me will go over 200 AI at this rate. All Of Me peaked at 271 AI, Dark Horse at 223 and Happy at 305.

I don't remember a song that has ever climber slower than Tennis Court. Like it will be a huge hit... in early 2015 . At least it is always climbing
There have been many songs that climbed as slow as (or even slower than) TC. Lights is a prime example. It was sent to US pop radio in January of 2012, but it did not explode until nearly 4-5 months later.
It's quite common for songs to climb slowly like Tennis Court. Most people here pay attention mainly to pop girls and their songs usually climb fast, but with other artists it's normal for their songs to climb slowly.

Also for example Classic by MKTO has been climbing the pop charts since last summer! I remember listening to it all summer last year after I saw him in concert in June or July
Latch is an example of song that's taken ages to take off. It was released in 2012, and it entered the top 50 on pop 150 days ago. It's taken 5 months to get to where it is now, and it was sent for adds on pop quite a while before it went top 50 iirc, so even more than 5 months. And it still hasn't peaked yet.
This is why I think it's so stupid when people say a song is flopping after it's only been out a couple of weeks.
People make snide remarks whenever you suggest "Wait a couple of months to see how the song does", but it's true in 90% of cases. You can't know if a song will be a hit or not after a couple of weeks.
