TRue. I kind of said this last month two when PNP peaked quickly.
I quoted Empress Jackee Harry's allegorical representation blah blah blah
My instinct is telling me that she REALLY expected pop to support it more and is hurt and has learned a valuable lesson. Unless she's supporting a main artist, pop only is here for her zany crazy antics sexual image. The minute she shows them her intelligence they run away because the GP wants to feel like they control the artist. They can make you and break you. Now they tried in 2012 and she endured but
from an artistic standpoint: songs like PnP are needed for her discography and a few pop features yearly will just keep her present and accounted for on top 40 plus for a sliver of the pop tarts are more open to her will embrace.
She's learned that you don't turn your back on urban foundation as they will support but she need to turn 90 degrees to get that global domination now its time to go back and leave top 40 stuff for features and medium airplay of her crossover hits
PNP is her first visual representation of her toned down image with toned down lyrics as opposed to just having toned down image with edgy lyrics 2013 or vice versa TRU era.

No, not yet. The closest she's gotten is with Turn me on being #1 on digital but I see a #1 in her future.
