I'm going to assume you didn't have the live feeds last year because that was the television edit and not what actually happened.
Helen had the least to do with Nick's eviction. Elissa convinced Jessie to switch teams. Judd put Jessie on lock down once this happened. Amanda worked on turning McCrae. McCrae turned after learning Jessie was officially in. The only "contribution" Helen did that week was almost ruin Elissa's chances of staying by helping convince her to nominate Nick then by bragging about having the numbers before the vote.
Aaryn was Amanda's puppet. Amanda controlled every HoH Aaryn and her friends had for the majority of the game.
