It will obviously not outsell it. I personally did not expect more than 1-1.2m copies globally.
ATRL is mostly US-centric, so people on here assume that during Born to Die era Lana was a "tumblr artist" that debuted big (330k first week worldwide sales) because of the internet, when in fact Lana exploded in Europe because she had huge hits. "Video Games" smashed hard and "Born to Die" was a solid follow up going Top 10 in many countries. She was a big artist with airplay, plenty of televised promo, etc since the start over there. With no radio-friendly songs on this album, it's no wonder her numbers are a lot less. But she does it for the art, she is one of the most authentic artists nowadays, no wonder the hipsters with their desperate trend-hopping and sheep mentality cannot understand that. She is commited to her artistic persona and her vision and there is nothing more authentic than that. She won't put blatant radio-friendly tracks on her album like Adele ("Set Fire to the Rain") or Lorde ("team") would.
