my attorney said if he doesnt call me and tell me i have to go to court on monday, i dont have to. well monday is right around the corner and he hasnt called me nor is he picking up his phone, but i've been served a criminal subpoena which means i have to go unless someone says otherwise. i don't want them sending out a warrant for my arrest for something as stupid as not going to court, but no one is giving me answers.. i just want this to be over.
