I always thought it would be interesting to give contestants a title to write off of or write a part 2 to an existing song.

We did the first one last season, hence Adam's hit song "White Rice" Mine was called "Purple Rivers" I wrote a song inspired by Elizabeth Taylor's famous violet eyes and her myriad marriages/relationships, and the purple rivers were her tears when her relationships ended.

The second idea sounds cool though!

I just sent in my final entry. My paragraphs were 780 words and my thoughts on my song were 278 words (which I just realized is actually 2 times the length of the song EXACTLY) which should tell you which song I submitted

I'm trying to make a single cover for Confetti but I'm frowning/looking serious/crying in all my photos

I don't want to make a single cover for Glory because its a little too morbid and I don't have any sexy pictures I want to share for Siren Song

Also, here's my backup song for fire. I stole a few lines from it and put it in Glory. It'll be a bonus track on my season 5 album

I was gonna share this tomorrow but I guess I'll do it now. If you're wondering what City Lights is its a song I wrote this week as my victory (or 2nd or 3rd place if it comes to that) song that I wrote because its weird for me to not be writing songs every weeks so I felt like writing that. I'll share it tomorrow and maybe a recording too.
And the singles I chose not only for lyrics but also melody for what would do well on radio if you're wondering why the hell Into the Stars is a single. That melody was catchy as ****
And Nait you'll see I changed the title of Rebel Anthem to what you suggested Also I made it a bonus track because out of the 12 songs I wrote and submitted its my 12/12 favorite

Also slay those covers Fefenrico. Private Party is a personal fave no matter what Nait says

Ooh and relating to my above post, the track listing isn't in order of challenges. Into the Stars starts it off because its a good summary of the album as a whole (theme wise not quality wise). Then it gets into the super catchy pop/rock songs and transitions into my angry dark songs. Then it has songs about addiction. The end of the standard edition is the ballads with the exception of Strike Twice which just seems to fit well there. Then theres the deluxe tracks.

And lastly, Fefe did you submit yet?

And thanks Jack I like your album cover. Though the whole "Looking out over a mountain" seems familiar to me for some reason....

Mine is 100% self-written too, of course! Euphorae tried to get me to record Nighthawks but I wanted my first album to contain only songs I wrote.

If you put Awkward Love Songs as a bonus track, I'd buy the deluxe edition tbh. For now I'll stick with the cheaper standard edition and illegally download the bonus tracks

Not to get in too deep with my other material but I have at least an album or two of good tracks I've written outside of this season that Awkward Love Songs would be on (although it wouldn't even be a single, I have songs I like more but I have no idea how to produce to my desires), but I could put it as a deluxe track on here as well I guess because of its acclaim within the game.
