JYP has too many companies to run and is still worrying about his own career, it's a mess and the idols in the company are badly managed. Just look at Wonder Girls. JYP even opened some other agency in the US but it got shut down obviously because it flopped.

Everyone hates on SM and YG for being a mess (which they are a bit) but JYP is a kind of disaster company.

Well, 2NE1 never really were public figures that got a lot of dramas and went on a lot of variety shows, so at the end of the day nobody will care that much and they might get put down to like 1.5 tier at most.

I don't think so. I mean Hyoyeon had that assault incident scandal and it didn't affect SNSD in the long term.

The key is how much information gets out. If the scandal keeps unfolding with new information then it's more likely to cause damage, or long dramas like member issues etc.

It hasn't even been confirmed by the police yet and there's only so far rumors can go, so if YG is careful with managing the scandal then it will blow over.
