Nicki does it well though and it's a character she puts on. She actually sounds British and she can revert back to her normal accent whenever she wants because rapping comes naturally to her.
Iggy doesn't say "two feet in the red dirt, school skirt, sugar cane, back lane" in an American accent. If you can do an American accent, read that line in an American accent and see how it sounds. Iggy SCREAMS

Like no one sounds like that. No one. Everyone keeps saying "she sounds like a black woman from the south" but when has Tara from True Blood ever sounded like that? It's literally a made up accent. And even if she could do an American accent well, she just naturally doesn't have a good voice. Even in her interviews she sounds like she has phlegm in her throat.
What are you talking about? I said yes as in yes I do believe she can deliver bars. What else do you want me to say? Death at you wanting me to elaborate on something subjective especially given your bias
