Just remember part of the formula is that the two people involved are averaged at one point for collabs. So if one person submits a full promotion lists, while one submits one barely half-way full it's gonna be averaged at one point.

How so? I mean why should the collaborator write articles for the song too? It's not like they perform together everytime right?

To be fair, all the collaborations I have are going to be album tracks, not singles at this point.

Lol, that's usually the case.
This week we had Paige Elliot - Psycho (feat. Taylor Swift). It was a damn mess because Paige barely did anything, and Taylor did most of it which resorted in their sales slipping.

PopJustice Review - Pitbull f/ Gwen Stefani, Iggy Azalea & Afrojack - "Burn"
An odd collaboration if I say so myself, but "Burn" could turn out to be the song of this summer. Gwen Stefani's infectious vocals create a beautiful chorus until Afrojack comes in, takes her vocals, mixes them into an amazing drop which gives Pitbull and Iggy a perfect platform to spit bars on. Pitbull surpisingly does well to keep pace with Iggy who is on top form on this track. Make sure you buy it!

Jhené Aiko's GQ spread!
Jhene Aiko is definitely on the cusp of something big, thanks to her single "Side Chick" really putting her on the map, plus collaborations with some of rap's biggest stars. Having Rihanna, Beyoncé, Adele, Drake, Childish Gambino, and even Kanye West as supporters doesn't hurt either (Kanye said in a recent interview that he's only been listening to Jhene).
The singer, who recently performed on The Voice and debuted new music off her forthcoming album Souled Out, is featured in GQ magazine's July issue. Jhene strips down for the shoot, wearing nothing more than her lingerie. This follows another recent photo spread Jhene did, bikini-clad, for Complex.
We've got some of the photos from the spread in the gallery below, and you can cop the magazine when it hits newsstands next month.

Jhene Aiko was kind enough to take to her Instagram account and post some behind-the-scenes pics from her recent photo shoot with GQ magazine. In addition to this, GQ has let go a video feature on Jhene, where she discusses what she looks for in a man and what she'd like to do on a first date, among other things. The video also shows some footage from the shoot.

KELLY CLARKSON PERFORMS FOR THE TROOPS
Kelly Clarkson spent her Sunday evening performing for the troops. Booking Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, MI the Grammy Award winning singer filled all 109,901 seats with members of the armed forces. While she wasn’t going to promote the event, many service members were tweeting pictures and video from the night and how Kelly flew everyone out to ensure that the show didn’t cost them a dime. She also covered meals and hotel accommodations for every service member.
News affiliates including MSNBC, Fox News and others began to air the story, winning the support of their viewers. Each making a reference to her latest single, “You Don’t Need Me”.
When approached about the event, Kelly Clarkson said the following. “Tonight was about the soldiers and not me. While it’s nice people are talking about me and my latest single, “You Don’t Need Me” my main goal was to give the troops a nice evening here in town.”

" Juicy Cakes" used in Cameron's Diaz's new movies "Sex Tape" trailer.
Today the trailer for upcoming movie "Sex Tape" was released and the song that was used in trailer was "Juicy Cakes" the song by Rihanna & Brandy will also be used in the soundtrack of this movie & will also be featured in the movie.
Cameron Diaz says "It was my idea to add this song to movie, trailer and soundtrack, because I'm a huge Rihanna and Brandy fan, and that they collabrated was just a huge schock for me, I almsot fainted when I heard, and the song is a total bop, it's catchy, fun, sexual and it was written by Khia who wrote my neck my back, my all time fave song, that sex anthem, for ****s. So this really blew me away, and I thought it was perfect for this movie, because well I love sex and this song reminds me of it, so it fit movie perfectly.
Jason Seagal says "Cameron showed me this song and I totally flipped out it was so good, and as a huge fan of Brandy I just had to agree with her, I also love Rihanna, who is a total babe. So this song is everything I needed in my life atm. I lvoe Cameron for showing me this, perfect sex song, I LOVE IT.
So yeah, Brandy;s and Rihanna's song was added to this movie, and both singer are really happy, they will also attend the premiere of this movie, so expect a perfoamcne on the premiere, cause it's gonna be fun, and sony studio is ready to pay singers good cash for a perfomance. We can't wait, and we are very excited.
Also this week, Rihanna and Brandy will be performing in various show, so get ready cause these girl are coming hard, also buy Rihanna's new album "Sex Diary" in stores now!.
