I noticed that her productions are always so happy and funky while her voice sounds like she's about the die. This contradicting duality makes it so unique.
My favourites from the album are:
- Chandelier (although the song seems out of place on the album tbh)
- Big Girls Cry
- Burn The Pages
- Eye of the Needle
- Free The Animal
- Fire Meet Gasoline
- Cellophane
- Dressed in Black
is the production similar to We are Born (in terms of instrumentals and catchyness?) im trying to hear it on the day of release
In terms of catchiness, yes. Production wise, it's classic Greg Kurstin, but less We Are Born and more Sheezus. It's just almost straight up pop compared to We Are Born's alt pop sound.
