I know what he is insinuating. The fact is, Monica was never charged.
Brandy is a disgraced teen starlet. I actually feel bad for it, considering the momentum she had during the heights of the NSN era.
And then all the ******** of her personal life ripped her career apart and she never recovered. Her "accident" was just beating a dead horse.
Monica won in the beginning and in the end. And her parts on TBIM is better, too.
