No. Although Mediatraffic doesn't track Asian markets like Philippines, Malaysia and China, their sales are estimated by Mediatraffic and included in the numbers it publishes. So its 250k with the Asian markets.

They are? How does musicharts estimate then? Because Red went Platinum in Malaysia in the first week alone.
I checked Musiccharts website and they don't mention their methodology anywhere. i also noticed that they tend to overestimate sales in comparison to Mediatraffic. For example, Red debuted with 1,459,000 on Mediatraffic. On Music Charts, it debuted with 1,500,000. It also has TTAL at 5.9 million copies sold when Mediatraffic has it at only 5.5 million. Personally, I find Mediatraffic more reliable 'cause its estimates are much closer to the certifications album receive than Music Charts.
