Interscope does not tell Gaga what she can or cannot put onto her albums. When it comes to music, she has complete and total control of what goes on. Do you honestly think Interscope heard songs like Jewels, Swine, and Mary Jane and thought "wow, these are amazing, let's put them on the record"? There is no "original ARTPOP". Of course things changed from when she originally began recording, but nothing like ideas being thrown out or her label telling her no, just regular changes that happen whenever anyone works on an album.
Believing in rumors like these is why fans end up being so disappointed in the end.

Will there even be a single? How does that work? Maybe a video, but are there, like, any jazz-dedicated radio stations they could service the songs to?
Maybe it'll just be promotional like their last duet.
with Venus as like a bonus track edition for iTunes or something.
. And Fashion! definitely needs to be included, since it's one of the best songs on the album.
