Devin is an associate with #TeamGame, but he's not a part of it. His gameplan to just tell the truth and be friends with everyone is not that great.
Although, him slipping into Donny's ear and starting that secret alliance was pretty good. It was kinda early to be doing stuff like that, but they could be a pretty powerful force if they remain strong. Adding one more person to it wouldn't hurt though, just for the sake of votes and control. They need a more strategic player because Devin and Donny are both relying on their social game a lot.
