I mean the Rolling Stones don't even put on a show, they just jump on the stage, like Britney but singing live. And everyone dies to be on their shows.
You do realize that the Rolling Stones are a band that plays instruments right?
When you think of it, a lot of great pop songs are centered around individuality without directly mentioning it. Cold War (Janelle) and Animal (both Kesha and Miike Snow versions) just off the top of my head
