Yes, it seems rather equivalent to be alleged to be a mother who was unwilling to give up custody of her children (and at times a mother under the influence of illicit substances) and to be a woman beater.

She didn't ALMOST drive with a newborn on her lap though, she did. She didn't ALMOST lock her kids in a bathroom while Police were trying to take them away from her crazy ass, she did.
