I know several up-and-coming musicians in the country world, and they were all influenced by Taylor.

Hung Up was a flop in the USA. It influenced nothing.

Kylie - CGYOOMH
Madonna - Hung Up

Britney - Toxic

Who made electro dance music a trend.
+ Disturbia, Rihanna because the other songs are no where near 2009 and DSTM and Disturbia are like a year before in 2008

I had never even heard the song until someone I dated showed me the music video...in 2010.

It's like you all give her so much extra credit so that she can just barely make the grade.

taylor has absolutely no impact/influence. she's just a fodder popstar; she will never have a legacy because she brings nothing to the table.

Gaga and the BEP started the dance trend. And then people just started going further and further into the EDM world.
And ofc we're talking about the US cause in Europe David Guetta and Bob Sinclair and other DJs had been smashing with EDM for ages.

Y'all know Kylord is the reason for dance pop so I don't know why we are still arguing about this and not praising God's gift to humanity that is the BTWB.

Beyonce is just a Diana Ross/Tina Turner tribute act anyway. How would you even tell if someone is copying her?

The only good thing about Taylor are her legs and her weight and height.

Let's be real, Blackout was one of the first albums that focus on EDM and Synthpop not Eurodance which is way different.
