uhm not from what i saw..
on many of the britney fan sites there were many people who didnt want it to be the 2nd single, they wanted Boom Boom or some other ****, many people were doubting it, there were still a fair share of people loving it, but there were alot of fans who werent the happiest when they announced Toxic...
maybe after it actually did good people jumped on board.
