I don't think Adele has anything against any singer, especially not Taylor. Backstage after her Golden Globe win, she said she thought Taylor had it. She wouldn't have even mentioned Taylor if there was some sort of beef. It's not like Adele and Taylor are direct competitors.
It's kinda like how everyone thought Adele didn't like the pop girls (or certain ones) because of some statements she made, but she complimented them or posted pictures with them.
I wanted to be on it so bad when I got older.
She wasn't the headliner but still I love her more than I did
