But it was always Britney's choice. She was the one who wanted to show more skin and push the boundaries. The girl aspired to be a legend (she even said it a couple of times in her older videos) and she'd always say that music is her first priority, but her image was also very important to her as she believed it added a sort of fascination. Which is true, and it worked for her career.
