Of all the fads, Iggy Azalea might, might, last longer because I get the feeling she has a drive to succeed. She's not completely talentless like Carly Rae Jepsen, or dumb as a bag of bricks like Ariana Grande, or an accidental, temporary star like Lorde, or an oblivious shock value artist that burns out after a year like Miley Cyrus or Lady Gaga. Iggy Azalea's career may very well mirror Jason Derulo's career. Not that that's a good thing for anyone because her music is still insufferable.
