In Hindsight of course not.
Keeping Frank a bigger target over Janelle was a better game move at that moment.
The objective was to fool Boogie & Frank into a false sense of security with the silent six alliance. The Quack Pack had no intention of staying loyal to Boogie & Frank. They wanted a Janelle & Frank back 2 back evictions but Frank won POV, Then another POV & Then the fateful HOH that sent the Queen home
Dan's plan to save himself had a lot of variables & the biggest one, I believe was getting Danielle's OK, Jen would have NEVER used that POV on Dan without Danielle's OK. I remember that night on the feeds, Jen was giving Danielle ever chance to back out of the deal but Danielle foolishly choose Dan over Britney.
