It moves up and down, most recently moving up to #14, and now at #15. It's not falling to a degree where they need to rush out a new single. Same for it's bullet. It's not dropping to a point where it's crucial to rush out something else. PLUS, it's only been on the chart for 9 weeks.

What I meant was the song is obviously not going Top 10 on Itunes cause of too many new songs and on mediabase the song is peaking and will prob peak at #6 but the highest it can go is #4(or#3) cause of RiRi, Jordin, and P!NK+Katy Perry. ALSO the song was in the Top 30 I believe when it was released so its been on radio a while and ITS NOT FRESH!

bullets stabilize at some point especially inside the Top 10. Better In Time has the second highest bullet inside the top 10 currently. It's also picking up on HAC.
