I don't believe that him being a minority should be taken into account right now he should not respond at all. There doesn't always have to be a response especially when you are supposed to be above it all.

In that case the issue is w/ the content of their insult not the fact they they fired back in the first place. I get what you're saying, though, but from a social perspective I don't think "bitch" comparable to the n-word or similar racial epithets (though yeah it might carry some baggage). It's the female equivalent of calling someone a dick or an asshole.
