Well I am younger than you, and lately we've been having financial problems which results to more "noise" in my house. But good thing I have good grades so that will give me a bright future.
And I think you shouldn't be focused on that car so much, cause maybe your parents want to buy you one, bu t can't afford it or maybe they are scared you will have an accident or something. (my mother is scared for my older brother)
I suggest you stay in school and get a job or something, so you won't become a burden for your family and then maybe you could buy your car yourself!

yeah i'm in school. i managed to get a job at my school's post office they offered me a summer job but i didn't take it and decided to come home, but its really boring without a car or job, but i do see where you're coming from my dad means well i just wish he wouldn't have allowed his mouth to write a check he couldn't pay but i still love em it just gets frustrating but the way you said it made me be more sympathetic about the situation and lol my dad is so over protective he claims if the car he's supposed to buy isn't brand spankin new he doesn't want me in it, he feels like a cheap used car isn't reliable
but me staying at school in the summer and working at the job house won't be out of spite it'll just be more smart to make money instead staying in multiple houses doing nothing
and aw man i hope your family finds a resolution for the financial problems i know money is so powerful it can't tear apart relationships i hope that doesn't happen to your family

and i hope your brother stays safe on the roads my dad made me watch so many what if movies because he's a truck driver lol i was terrified of the roads
and YES THATS RIGHT NO MATTER WHATS HAPPENING IN YOUR SETTING DO NOT LET IT AFFECT YOUR FUTURE ALWAYS SECURE A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR YOURSELF YOU DESERVE ONE IM PROUD OF YA i know a lot of people who fall apart when life becomes hectic and lose sight of whats important but I'm glad to hear you're not one of em and still grasping success in the midst of chaos
