Those lyrics are a hit on tumblr. I have seen numerous posts with 200,000 + notes with the lyrics in the caption and the video of the snake dancing to donatella has like 300,000 notes
ARTPOP is a great album but I can't help feeling like many songs are filler/basic. MANiCURE is a bop but feels filler - trashy and so is Swine. And let me not comment on Jewels & Drugs or Donatella.
Also, I was indifferent to Gypsy up until a couple of days ago. Now I feel it's one of her best songs, but I prefer it as a ballad. (the AMPYA performance >>>>> )
I'm not sure if they care only about the commercial performance, but honestly, all the talking about producers, lyrics, composition, beats and whatever else people are talking about, I find it tiring a bit.
I mean, Lady Gaga released an album last November. I bought it and I never stopped listening to it since then. I love it. I don't care about DJWS or RedOne, I don't care about Venus' lyrics or Donatella's noise, I don't care about G.U.Y.'s lack of chorus or Applause's poor verses vocal execution. I'm no expert and I'm sure most of us aren't. I do not comment on things I have no clue about, I do not whine about Gaga's ego or where her head was during recording sessions for ARTPOP. I love this base, but sometimes people are too much. It's just pop music.
I just love ARTPOP the way it is.

ARTPOP (the track) is also insanely underrated around here too. Gaga knows the tea when she tweeted it was her fav song from the album.
Her title tracks always slay, but ARTPOP is something else. The song ARTPOP really is unique, I've never heard anything like it, and I doubt I ever will.
