T.I. has HUGE support on Urban, Rhymthic, and now steadily rising up on mainstream. This ALWAYS happens. A rapper/hip-hop artist prevents a pop artist from reaching #1 due to the fact that they have the opportunity to be on more formats, where as a pop artist really only has one format, that is POP.
