You have to have some level of impact to be the only one who can put out a diamond-selling album with multiple multi-platinum singles with acclaim during an era where people pretty much gave up on purchasing albums. Then the same people say that she destroyed "the pop star," changed radio and started the "real music " trend. Ignore it.
