I avoided this thread as soon as it leaked, but now I'm back. I've listened to it fully (all tracks including the bonus ones) and I have to say that this album is everything and more. Pure life. Summer rock n roll realness. Raw emotions. I mean, this album is all hits and n misses. She truly delivered a solid, artistically reach and growth-evident body of work. If I needed any other reasons to be a stan, whe gave them all with this album. I simply love it. Now let me go and listen to it again

I know it's a strong statement, but the way this album touches me and the pure dark beauty of it, I can safely say it's my favorite album of all time. Halcyon has been booted to second place!

Stray Observations:
-Y'all underrate SoC and ToW so badly, they're both so good
-I'm so glad I never listened to the Black Beauty demo, it made listening to the album version so much more special
-Ultraviolence (the song), Old Money and Florida Kilos are soooo overrated

Anyway, in terms of individual songs BTD is better but as an album Ultraviolence > BTD this is an album which is extremely cohesive and has no dud tracks a la Carmen, slay Lana
