I hope the new album is successful. While I'm not worried about the UK or Ireland where I think they'll even have success in the long run (kind of a 'too big to fail' thing), I'm far less confident regarding the US. Hopefully their tour this summer cements their status.

This is why I wished they engaged in more promo after the smash success of 1D Day. They had magnificent opportunities after SOML smashed in the US at #6, then they simply vanished. However, I don't think their demographic has abandoned them just yet. 5SOS may in the future, but not just yet.
